Below, we define certain terms used in this policy: The words "Offset Ontario", "we", "our", and "Business" are to mean Offset Ontario Inc. The words "you" and "your" are to mean all our customers.

Offset Ontario collects and uses personal information to approve, manage and/or maintain your file with us, as well as offer you other products; programs, or services that we believe may be of benefit to you. We destroy/delete the information after it is no longer needed: Customer information that is no longer needed to manage your file business is destroyed/deleted. We are required for certain legal, tax, and accounting reasons to keep customer information for a period following the closing of an account with us. After this time, we delete and or safely destroy all information about a former customer.

We will not disclose information about you to anyone except as provided in this policy or as permitted by law. We may disclose your information to third parties if it is required to service your account; perform joint marketing; prevent unauthorized transactions; provide information to our funding partners; in anticipation of and during an actual or potential sale of our business or assets, or possible reorganizations, consolidations, mergers or amalgamations; pursue collection accounts owed to us by you; or when required by law.
